About the
Treatment
We’ll begin by requesting a brief medical history. This information
is kept confidential and used to identify areas where you currently feel
pain, tension or sensitivity. The treatment takes place in a quiet and
comfortable atmosphere. During the massage you will be covered with a
sheet for both comfort and privacy. Each treatment will be designed to
release your individual tension areas applying relaxation, deep tissue
and sports massage techniques as necessary.
About the
Practice
We approach massage therapy as a health care
practice that complements your overall health and wellness lifestyle.
Our goal is to assist you in reaching physical, emotional,
and/or spiritual healing. We draw upon our education and experience to
design the best therapeutic massage treatment for you and apply the
appropriate massage techniques in a safe, caring and confidential
environment. See

I enjoy volunteering at the Arlington Council on Aging as a Medical

the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. I can honestly say that I have
massage therapy to credit for my ability to complete the 3-day, 50 mile
walk pain-free!
